Fees

How fees work

Restaurant owners need to know what each order costs. V1 keeps the rules clear without complex bidding or hidden charges.

T24 subscription

Monthly subscription for the ordering website, dashboard, menu, orders, and launch support.

$49 / $99 / $199

Stripe processing

Stripe payment processing depends on country and card type. T24 does not control that rate.

Charged by Stripe

Order platform fee

Can be no order fee, fixed per-order fee, or low percentage fee. Merchants confirm terms before launch.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a technical team?

No. T24menu uses self-service onboarding so merchants can register, create a store, upload a menu, connect payments, and publish.

How fast can I launch?

If your logo, banner, and menu are ready, the basic ordering website can usually be launched the same day.

Does it support English and Chinese?

Yes. The website, signup, onboarding, and merchant portal already support English and Chinese foundations, with more languages planned.

How does Stripe connect?

After creating a Store, merchants can start Stripe Checkout/subscription from onboarding or Billing. Order payments also use Stripe.

Can I use my own domain?

V1 uses /s/store-slug by default. Custom domains are a strong candidate for a future commercial plan upgrade.

How is this different from DoorDash or UberEats?

T24menu is not a delivery marketplace. It is the restaurant's own ordering website and operating dashboard for brand ownership, customer ownership, and direct orders.

Ready to launch your first online restaurant?

From plan selection to guided setup, T24menu helps you register, create your Store, upload your menu, and publish.
